Start Building healthier patternsWhat is Group Therapy About?

At Back in Charge, our outpatient groups provide a supportive, collaborative space to grow stronger together. Each group combines the power of evidence-based treatment with the courage to practice new skills in real time. Guided by a licensed psychologist, you’ll learn practical strategies to manage challenges, deepen your understanding of yourself, and gain confidence as you put those skills into action. Just as important, you’ll connect with peers who understand your journey—offering encouragement, perspective, and accountability. Regardless of the particular challenges you’re facing, group therapy is an empowering way to build bravery and create lasting change.
