Clinical Psychologist Dr. Kat Green, Ph.D., ABPP
Dr. Kat Tumblin Green, Ph.D., ABPP, is a licensed and board-certified clinical psychologist based in Utah, specializing in evidence-based treatments for children, teens, and young adults. With a distinguished academic background, Dr. Green graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in psychology, and later earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the same institution, focusing on child and adolescent psychology.
Her professional training includes an APA-accredited doctoral internship at Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, followed by a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, where she specialized in childhood anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and disruptive behavior disorders. In her career, Dr. Green has been on faculty as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychology at Brigham Young University before accepting a similar position at Southern Utah University following her family’s move to Southern Utah.
Dr. Green’s passion lies in disseminating and providing the best evidence-based treatments to kids, teens, and individuals. Individuals have often tried so many other approaches without having access to effective treatments for targeted OCD, anxiety, and/or behavioral concerns. In addition to therapeutic intervention, she actively shares her knowledge through YouTube, this website, training doctoral students, offering community presentations, and consulting with other providers in the area.

Clinical Psychologist Dr. Charlotte Esplin, Ph.D.
Dr. Charlotte Esplin, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in women’s health. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University, where she graduated as valedictorian of the psychology department. Her clinical focus includes eating disorders, body image, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and OCD in adults.
Dr. Esplin received advanced training at the Charleston Area Medical Center, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and teaching trauma-informed care. She also served as a faculty member at Sam Houston State University, training future psychologists in therapy, assessment, and research.
A published researcher and evidence-based practitioner, Dr. Esplin is passionate about helping women navigate life transitions with confidence and self-compassion.
